A decontamination process is introduced if testing during the Receiving Phase indicates a need for it. Preheating is necessary before surface preparation for proper application of phosphoric acid wash. Following acid application and dwell time, demineralized water is used to remove the acid. Tests are made to ensure neutral pH. Acid strength is maintained in accordance with manufacturer and customer instructions. |
