Bayou Coating LLC is the newest addition to the Bayou Companies, which began business in the early 1940's on the banks of the Bayou Teche. Bayou Pipe Coating Company of New Iberia, Louisiana, has offered quality pipe coating since it began operation in 1972. The Bayou Companies presently occupy 100 acres at the Port of Iberia and 25 acres at its newest facility which is adjacent to Stupp Corporation's ERW pipe mill in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Bayou applies fusion bonded epoxy coatings to pipe in diameters from 1" through 48" and in lengths ranging from 20 to 80 feet.
